We'll help you get your zen on, your cooking game strong, and your meal prep plan on point. One less thing you have to worry or stress about? Your health.

THE PLANS

The Intern

4 week/1 month program to try on the life. Start or restart your relationship with nutrition & cooking and your with your body in a personalized way.

    • Initial Kickoff - 1 hour - $100 - Mar 

    • Initial Kickoff - 2 hours - $200 - Sarah 

  • 30 min Kitchen revamp - Tupperware etc. 

  • 1.5 Hour cooking prep class  

  • SARAH OPTIONS:

      • OPTION 1 - (4) one hour food teaching/planning sessions, once a week - In Home -  $200 - Sarah 

      • OPTION 2 - (4) one hour food teaching/planning and PREP sessions, once a week - In Home -  $300 - Sarah 

    • (12) weeks of additional nutrition/meal help - ADDED BONUS (Say, $100/week?) - $400

    • (12) one hour sessions, once a week, Yoga and/or Meditation - In Home - $100 - Mar 

    • (12) weeks of personalized fitness planning outside of yoga - ADDED BONUS ($75/week?) - $300

    • Email & Text Support throughout the 4 weeks -  ADDED BONUS - Included in the above...

  • OPTION 1 SARAH (TEACH NOT PREP) = $200 (one time fee) + $800 (4 x $200) + $400 bonus (4 x $100)  = $1,400 for 4 weeks

  • OPTION 2 SARAH (PREP & TEACH) = $200 (one time fee) + $1200 (4 x $300) + $400 bonus =  (4 x $100) = $1800 for 4 weeks
