  • 12:00pm Masterclass - Developing Your Success Mindset: This masterclass focuses on setting intentions, gracefully managing transition, and actionable tools for road mapping your successful year

  • 1pm-2pm Lunch and Connection 

  • 1pm-4pm Beauty break room is open

  • 2:15pm Breakout Workshops : Homeopathic remedies with seasonable herbs and plants OR Detox Meditation

  • 3:15pm Beauty Break Room Hang out or Plant Based Cooking Class

  • 4:15pm Masterclass - Discovering Your Dosha, and How to Cleanse Based on Your Individual Ayurvedic Constitution: Learn how to care for your Ayurvedic constitution, and gain the knowledge and tools for sustaining your new found wellness plan for good!

  • 5:15pm:  Masterclass - Essential Oils + Herbal for Spring time cleansing: Learn how to make custom essential oil blends to nourish your mind body and spirit.

  • 10am Beauty Goddess Rituals Workshop: Learn how to use fruit, vegetables, and plants to bring nourishment to your body through DIY beauty remedies  

  • 11:15am Stopping the Negative Self Talk: A discussion on how and why we hold on to negative thoughts about ourselves, and how to shift our minds to accept our individual uniqueness  OR meditation lounge

  • 12:15pm: Ayurvedic Self-Care systems for your mind/body cleanse OR The Barre Code Balanced Body Class

  • 1-2pm Lunch

  • 215-3pm YOGA 

  • 315pm: Masterclass - Creating Your Holistic Guides For 2016: A workshop to strategize and create your own unique mind | body wellness plan for 2016 utilizing all of the tools and techniques taught throughout the weekend 

  • 4pm Ending Notes & Send Off
