Next Steps:

Once you sign up, you will receive a welcome letter that goes a bit more into detail about what else you get with this challenge and how to get started. 


On Monday, October 19th you will receive a second email with a welcome kit and a notice for the first webinar with me to kick-start the challenge! 


Every Sunday new materials will be released that will focus on one area of your life. One week will focus on mental clarity, another will focus solely on foods, and so on.  You will receive work-sheets, resources, to-do lists, recipe ideas, shopping lists, videos, and all sorts of goodies. 


All members will be added to our private Facebook group so that we can share our experience and encourage each other. 


At the end of the challenge there will be a concluding webinar which will address end of challenge questions surrounding sustainability and how to be balanced all year round. 


The purpose and mission of the challenge is to give you a glimpse inside of how to lead the Balanced Babe lifestyle. We will be breaking ground and starting a new chapter to get us motivated and determined to even further our inner growth after the challenge.
